The courtesy visit to Mr. James Sarda, the Chief Editor of The Daily Express, has paid-off with one consumer by the name En. Amran, wrote in via email to seek for help from the board.He was seeking our help to relieve the family burden to carry his bedridden brother to hospital for the necessary dialysis.
Amran was initially requesting for his brother to be in the palliative care but was turned down as suggested by doctor.
It was the email that changed the whole scenario.
