It looks like the dissatisfied father has a reason to be 'mad' about the situation if it was all a matter of lack of equipment to check his son.
The department must find out if it's a problem with the service provider of the hospital maintenance or the negligence of the doctor concerned.
We must be sensitive to the needs of the consumers, as a public-owned facility, we should not have run out of resources if appropriately managed and administered.
Patient has enough suffering when approaching the hospital, therefore, it's only fair that we provide the fastest and most effective treatment accordingly.
It's the quality service that really counts.
